Jacqui Tipping (Office Manager)
Jacqui has been working for the Practice since 1995. She is based in Stamford Bridge. After working as Practice Secretary for eight years, Jacqui became Office Manager in 2004. She is based in Stamford Bridge and is responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of the practice.

Sara Smith (Stamford Bridge Receptionist)
Sara started as Receptionist at Stamford Bridge when we opened the new surgery in November 2005. Sara achieved her NVQ Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service in 2009.

Annette Tempest (Stamford Bridge and Strensall Receptionist)
Annette joined the practice in 2008, working at both the Strensall and Stamford Bridge surgeries. Annette achieved her NVQ Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service in 2009.

Dawn Adnett (Strensall Receptionist)
Dawn joined us in October 2008 and has recently achieved her NVQ Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service.

Kate Holden (Pocklington Receptionist)
Kate joined us in September 2001 and helps Liz and Becca at our Pocklington branch. Kate achieved her NVQ Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service in 2009.

Ann Targett (Norton Receptionist)
Ann works as a receptionist at our Norton branch. Ann has been working at Norton since April 2002. Ann achieved her NVQ Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service in 2009.

Angie Baxter (Norton Receptionist)
Angie joined the Norton branch in September 2007 and along with Ann, runs the reception for Norton. Angie achieved her NVQ Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service in 2009.
