We are only able to dispense repeat prescriptions for patients already receiving treatment from the vets at Battle Flatts.

We need to identify your clinical records on our computer system and confirm with the veterinary surgeon in charge of your case that continued medication is suitable.

Dispensing of prescription medicines is strictly controlled and we can only supply exactly what is entered on the following form. If you have any queries or concerns please contact us by phone or in person. All entries marked with * must be completed.

You will find the information you need on the label attached to the current medication.

Your prescriptions(s) will be ready to collect in 36-48hrs.
