£300 RAISED FOR WILDLIFE
CHARITY
On Tuesday the 14th of June,
Battle Flatts vets Mike Jones and Kirsty Nelson, held an
evening talk and practical session on Equine First Aid and
Wound Management. The evening was a big success, excellent
feedback was received by all who attended and all the proceeds
of the ticket sales went to Ryedale Wildlife Rehabilitation.
Battle Flatts has a long history of working closely with Jean
Thorpe who runs the charity, working tirelessly to help
rehabilitate injured British Wildlife. Last week Mike
presented a delighted Jean with a cheque for £300.
