Repeat Prescriptions

You can now order your repeat prescriptions online. Simply complete the form below, making sure to indicate which surgery you would like to collect your prescription from. Please allow 48 hours for collection. If ordered after 2pm on Friday the prescription may not be ready to collect until the following Tuesday depending on the medication. If you are running out of medication remember to order early so that your pet does not miss any treatment.
