A national Campaign against neutering has been launched starting the 1^st January 2010 until 31^st January 2010. The Neutering Awareness Campaign will be headed by the leading cat charity Cats Protection, who has seen a massive explosion in the cat population over the past ten years.

The offer is available for cat owners on a means-tested benefit or low income, pensioners and students may also qualify.  All cats must be over 4 months of age before neutering is viable.
