The weather that day was not good. It rained for the majority of the day and the winds on the Old Man of Coniston were in excess of 55mph which made the ascent entertaining to say the least. We started the day on the water in the 2 seat canoes which was quite a wake up call first thing in the morning.

This was swiftly followed with a hike up the Old Man of Coniston with those interesting winds!

The last part of the challenge involved mountain biking the trails of Grizedale Forest.

We would like to thank everyone that has sponsored us on this event which has helped to raise money for new guide dogs. In all the teams that participated have raise £69,000 which is fantastic.
