Battle Flatts Veterinary Clinic, we pride ourselves for the
friendly, caring and professional service that we provide at our
four practices centred around Stamford Bridge near York. Our vets
provide treatment for cats, dogs, horses, rabbits, rodents, birds,
reptiles, aquatics and anything else that's unusual – including a 24 hour emergency service.
Our purpose built centre is located
adjacent to the river and was completed in 2005. The clinic
carries a comprehensive range of equipment and facilities to
enable us to give your pet the utmost and latest in veterinary
care as do our other clinics which are conveniently
located at Pocklington, Strensall and Norton.
Diabetes Awareness Month
- if you are concerned that your pet might be showing
any of the symptoms of diabetes (click
here for more information) then book your free
nurse appointment, bring along a fresh urine sample from your
pet (put into something clean and dry, if a jam jar, ensure
well washed out) and we will test this free of charge as well!
Welcome to vet Jenny
Woodburn who joined us to assist Gill up at Norton and Mark
and Katie at Stamford Bridge; Nicole Hartley, veterinary nurse
who is returning to us (having done her training here) and is
covering maternity leave for Steph whilst she is off. Also a
warm welcome to vet Louisa Taylor who starts on Monday 7th
October. Louisa will be working from Stamford Bridge and
Pocklington covering small animals and horses’.
