FEES
All accounts are payable at the time of consultation, operation or
collection, unless prior arrangement has been made with the
Veterinary Surgeon. We accept payment by cash, cheque, debit or
credit card.
We also accept BACS payments.

INSURANCE
With ever-increasing treatment costs and better insurance
facilities, we suggest that you give serious thought to insuring
your pet for loss, third party risk and veterinary fees. Pet
insurance leaflets are available in reception. If you need to make
a claim, complete and sign your insurance claim form and forward
it to us. Please note that if we are making a direct claim payment
should be made to Battle Flatts Veterinary Clinic.
We will then complete the Veterinary Surgeon’s part and send the
form to the insurance company. A stamped addressed envelope should
be provided whenever possible.
